According to Melanie Moss, style guru, the IT industry is the worst dress industry. The usual suspects include wearing man-made fibres, wrong coloured socks and, get this, t-shirts!!! Okay I will hold my hand up to pretty much all of the above; guilty as charged. But in my defence, in my head, I feel as stylish as George Clooney.
Finland appears to be suffering the most from cell phones dropping down the toilet and then making their way into the public sewars. Due to the size of this mobile technological wonder the little beasties just slip on through the pipes with no restrictions! I have to say, I have nearly lost my Blackberry to the great big wireless provider in the sky while bending over with the bloody thing slipping out of my pocket. I watched in horror as it bounced off the rim and safely onto the floor! As to what I was inspecting doesn't really matter at this juncture, but service to say, its a common problem. You are not alone!
A law was introduced in 1837, banning any religious references in music played at civil marriages in England and Wales. So for example, this would outlaw playing classics such as "Say a little prayer" and even Robbie Williams "Angels". But the General Registrar has decided to lift this ban, now that civil marriages dwarf the number of church weddings.
