The Web2.0 conference is happenning this week and Eric Savitz over at SeekingAlpha writes a review on Marissa Mayer's speed matters talk. She noted that when Google presented 30 results in a page instead of 10 people searched less. The conclusion being that people got bored of waiting.
However, wouldn't the simpler reason for delivering 10 results per page instead of 30 is that permits Google to display more adwords and sponsors?
