In an interview by The Seattle Times, they have tracked down Linus, happily getting about his life without the trappings of stardom. A wonderfully humbling interview and I love this quote "A lot of people kind of expect me to care about all these humanitarian problems, and I don't"
java.net finds the interview with Marc Fleury (Mr JBoss) in BusinessWeek published late last week. Here Marc talks about the realities of open source with a very good analogy "Linux is the big brother. Linux has fought all the hard battles to get the keys to the car and stay up late.".
Finally a school in Arizona is set to become the first to do away with good old fashion pen and paper, and replace them instead with laptops! NO! This can't be allowed to happen. You can't make paper airplanes out of laptops, there is a whole industry set for death. Nor can you idly doodle like "I {heart} [insert name of babe]". Technology has gone too far!
