Those devilishly cunning chaps over at that other well known operating system have denied no special treatment. However it is very strange that Birmingham Council in the UK suddenly switched their 1,500 PC installation from Linux to Windows XP at the 11th hour.
Many are pointing the finger at shadowy dealings with a major discount being offerred to sway the decision makers. Open source being undercut .. how!?!?!
