Nasa kills off the moon real-estate business

Have you ever received a piece of the moon for a gift?  Very common, a certificate stating you have a square mile or something of the moon.  So when you look up in the sky you can be assured that there is a little bit of you up there.  HOWEVER .. NASA with its recent lunar building plans, has poo-poo'd all these certificates and "scams".

The moon is covered by the same laws as International waters, and therefore falls under the remit of United Nations.
