The SciFi blog found this great addition to the world of energy saving devices. It is a power cord that lights up. Okay, at first blush it doesn't sound too energy efficient, but here is the beauty. The brighter it glows the more energy that is being drawn.
Now you see what appliances are taking up all the juice and when. I wonder if we hooked it up to a PC and observed if we could tell when FireFox was starting to chug after it eats up all the memory!
